Please note that all participants (presenters, moderators, and attendees) must join The British Association for Victorian Studies. The membership fee for both UK and international applicants is £15 for regular members, and £10 for students and unwaged members. More information about joining BAVS (including the membership registration form) can be found here.

A total of twelve bursaries are available to postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers wishing to attend BAVS 2016. Details about these bursaries can be found here.

Conference Costs

Full Conference Attendance:

The registration fee for 3 days includes dinner on Day 1, lunch on Days 2-3 and refreshment breaks.

The package INCLUDES the conference reception and dinner on the second day but EXCLUDES accommodation.

Concessionary rates for students, unwaged and ECRs on part-time contracts. Proof of status can be a copy of your ID card, a letter/email from your institution or a reference.

In the interest of fellow panellists, speakers are requested to register by 1 July. Speakers not registered by that date will be deemed to have withdrawn.

The final registration deadline for non-speaking delegates is 31st July.
