Cardiff Bay

For delegates seeking a wider range of options, Cardiff Bay offered several larger hotel chains. The Bay is connected to the city centre by a frequent bus service, and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes. The waterfront area also provides a pleasant setting for evening dining.

University Halls of Residence

Cardiff University's halls of residence were available for booking during the conference period, offering a more affordable option for delegates. University accommodation provided single rooms with shared or en-suite facilities, located within the campus grounds.

Practical Information

The conference registration package did not include accommodation. Delegates were responsible for arranging their own bookings. Conference fees covered attendance for all three days, refreshments, and meals as specified in the registration details, but overnight stays were arranged separately.
